About Shipping Fees
There will be FREE shipping for single orders above $150 (for selected countries only). For other countries, don't worry, you will get a discount on your shipping. Just contact us and get a quotation!

You will be given a 90-day window to settle the shipment payment after the item is ready, and the shipping fee invoice has been sent. Failure to provide any update or payment within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your item, and no refund will be initiated without prior notice.

How do I track my order?
We will update the tracking number of your order through system. You can track your delivery status using the tracking system of the related shipping company.
Can I order dolls that are not listed?
YES, you can let me know what dolls you are looking for, i will follow the updates and notify you when its listed.
You can combine with your previous order and ship them together.

Pre/Ready Stock Item

Items not listed in the Pre-Ready/Ready Stock section are ALL PRE-ORDER.
Pre-Ready items will ship within 60 working days, and Ready Stock items will be sent in 45 working days.
For pre-orders, the shipping date will depend on the order period. We will send you a confirmation message through the chat room and email before shipping.

Please record a unboxing video whenever you receive a parcel.
This is to ensure a smooth after-sales service and is required by the artist/company representatives.
